A Study On The Quality Improvement Of College Student Party Members Based On Structural Model Of Interpretation

The quality improvement of college students party members is related to the cultivation of qualified builders and successors of socialism,is of great theoretical and practical significance.This study aims to clarify the research basis,relevant concepts and elements analysis of college students party members' quality improvement,and to analyze the quality of college students party members and the conditions of party construction in colleges by adopting ways of questionnaires and interviews.With the interpretation structure model technology,this paper analyzes the factors which influence the quality improvement of college students party members and the relationship between interactive elements,and draws the interpretation structure model which model with thirteen factors and divided into four levels called direct impact,intermediate,university and macro(This level is not discussed in this article)from low to above.From the research conclusion of the interpretation structure model of the quality improvement of college students party members,the countermeasures of improving the quality of college students party members are explored: the direct impact layer should correct the motivation to join the party,improve the initiative,stimulate the internal motivation of the quality of party members,while establish standards and standardize the procedure during the proceeding of entrance;the intermediate sandwich layer should focus on enhancing the education and management of party members in order to catch the main channel of the quality enhancement;colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of institutional mechanism and increase the organizational investment to ensure quality improvement.
