Analysis On The Legal Issue Of Environmental Protection Under Trade Liberalization

In today's international situation,there are two tides,one is the wave of trade liberalization,the other is the wave of high attention that is environmental protection.From today's situation,trade liberalization and economic globalization are becoming more and more obvious at the same time environmental protection is increasingly legalized,institutionalized,and slowly in various countries of foreign trade policy and multilateral trade rules show,As a result,trade liberalization is closely linked to environmental protection.In principle,the fundamental goal of trade freedom and environmental protection is to realize the sustainable development of human society.The relationship between the two is also unified.However,in practice,the conflict between trade freedom and environmental protection is intensified and increasingly complicated.Because of the unrestrained development of trade liberalization and environmental protection policies sometimes inappropriately interfere with international trade.This paper focuses on the dialectical unity between trade freedom and environmental protection,analyzes the essence and causes of the conflict between the two,explores the feasibility of coordinating trade freedom and environmental protection,and then seeks the sustainable development of human society development.This paper first analyzes and studies the interaction between trade liberalization and environmental protection,and briefly describes the relationship between the two opposites.Then,through the introduction and evaluation of the two classic cases of tuna and turtle case Trade liberalization and the impact of environmental protection,and then in-depth study of trade liberalization and environmental protection of the two legal coordination.Finally,through the above analysis,China's foreign trade and environmental policy coordination put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
