Comparative Study Between Laos And China Legislative Preparation To Joint WTO

After 15 years of negotiations,Laos became a member of the World Trade Organization(WTO)on 2 Feb,2013 as the 158th State of the organization.This is a very important thing for Laos,as accession to the World Trade Organization is an important step towards the gradual advancement of international status and further participation in international affairs in Laos.The World Trade Organization has very strict requirement on its member countries,so there is still much work to be done in Laos,and for the economic and non-economic administrations,a series of adjustments are needed to meet the WTO And requirements.This paper takes the legislative preparation of economic administrative law before the accession to the WTO and the accession to the WTO,and combs the trade laws and regulations of the competent trade department after join the World Trade Organization.This includes the initiation of legislative preparation,the choice of legislative procedure,The revision of the legislative value and the improvement of the legislative contents,mainly on the adjustment of the economic and administrative laws and regulations of China before and after joining the World Trade Organization,the adjustment,modification and formulation of the Laos Economic and Administrative Law and other relevant laws and regulations.The requirements of the rules,put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.This thesis is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,this part mainly introduces the meaning and background,discusses the theory and research methods related;The second part combs the process of Laos join the World Trade Organization,mainly introduces Laos to join the world The preparatory works has been done by trade organizations and the influence of the World Trade Organization on Laos.The third part mainly analyzes the legislation and development of economic administrative law before and after joining the World Trade Organization,which summarizes the necessity of economic administrative legislation,and legislative process and the challenge.The fourth part discusses the legislation and characteristics of China's economic administrative law before and after joining the World Trade Organization,and expounds the Chinese economic experience of Laos's economic and administrative law legislation.The fifth part elaborates Laotian economic and administrative law legislation of the mandate and objectives and future development,mainly to introduce Laos to become a member of the WTO should be how to build a sound economic administrative law system,and focus on the realization of legislative goals.
