Research On "Anhui Good Person" Selection Mechanism

Currently, Chinese society is in a transitional period,when ideological pluralism, and social contradiction appears more than ever. Social management system should be constructed over the overall situation and be started from small, and should mobilize more people join in it in order to be more powerful and effective. In recent years, the Central Civilization Office and the China Civilization Network organized "I recommend, I comment good people around us " activities, about 900000 people named " good people around us" have been selected in Anhui province, among which 1044 peoples have been listed into the "Chinese good people" list. The total number ranks first in the country in 9 consecutive years. The phenomenon of " good people in China, Anhui has more" has been produced. "Anhui good people" is a typical moral model group.They come from ordinary people. Their good behaviors are reflected in daily life. People can see, feel, learn. Therefore, this influence was widly ranged and far-reaching.This paper analyzes the reasons for the emergence of the "Anhui good people", the social influence, sums up the experiences and practices of the selection of "Anhui good people", and analyzes the existing problems in "Anhui good people" selection work, to consummate the Anhui good selection mechanism proposed countermeasures and advises.
