On The Cause And Treatment Of The Crime Of Hereys

According to the survey of public security department, there are 20 kinds of cult organizations in China. They have certain effect and their activities cover more than 700 cities, affecting 5,500,000 people. Compered to the general criminal offence. These cult organizations break law by enchanting the victims and controlling their spirit, which are the obvious features of crime. These criminals desecrate the spiritual pursuit of the religion, tarnish the religious moral belief, deceive the good wishes of the believers, violate the personal and property rights and interests of the citizens, and impede the implementation of the law. This article tries to expose the absurdity of cult organizations through the accidents of the members of cult organizations,who used to be enchanted and punished by law. This article will also analyze the reasons why so many people were enchanted, so that we could display the deterrent function of warning education.This article are divided into three parts:The first part introduces the features,present situation,development and detriments. My views described as followed are also included in this part.Cult organizations are Pseudo religion which is different from religion. The ascertainment of cult crime should be strictly and clearly distinguished from crime and non-crime, complete form of crime and not complete form of crime, and single crime and joint offence.The second part selects the prison of Inner Mongolia as research members and analyzes the reasons why cult organizations do crime by means of questionnaires,one-on-one interviews,and hand copied data. I also conclude the social,economic and personal reasons of cult crime,based on the cognition situation of research members on cult organizations.The third part is mainly about some effective measures that should be taken to deal with cult organizations based on the analyzed reasons and problems existing in research members. These measures include management work,playing the positive role of family and orthodox religion, carrying out humanistic care by basic level organization's innovating work ideas, strengthening, international, cooperation, encouraging social forces to participate in it, and combining with legal governance.
