Research On Network Public Opinion Government Guidance In 8·12 Tianjin Port Bombing Event

In recent years,with the development of China's society economy and politics,China has entered a new period of restructuring and development.So in this special period,with the highlights of the internal contradictions in society,more and more public emergencies and crises start to appear concentrated,which has caused serious negative impact for the stable of China's social and economic development process.The government's ability to deal with the emergencies and public crises in China has become an important indicator to test and evaluate China's government administrative efficiency at all levels.At the mean time,with the rapid popularization and development of Internet technology in China,the network public opinion guidance and management work has become a core business in China's all level government's public management work.However,because of the official standard administrative philosophy in a very long time and the lack of network public opinion to guide work experience,there are a lot of problems and lacks in the network public opinion guidance and management of emergencies in China's all level governments.So,in this context,China's all level governments administration mode is unable to meet the management needs of public opinion at this stage,which has a serious negative impact for the reform of government administration mechanism in China in a new stage.And with the rapid increscent in the number of domestic Internet users and types,the quality and efficiency of Internet public opinion and divert management in China has an important influence for the sustainability of domestic political and economic development.So it has an important practical significance to improve the management of public affairs level in China's all level government to study a more effective management models and mechanisms.In the study and research work of this paper,the Tianjin Port Bombing Event is researched as a case event,which happened at August 12,2015 in Tianjin China.On the research work of basis of relevant theories in the government-led public opinion in emergency events,the basic situation of Tianjin Port Bombing Event is introduced in detail;and the work of government network public opinion to guide work was analyzed from many aspects and angles.And the existing problems were also discussed in this part.At the mean time,the influence of Internet public opinion brought for the government's network management of public opinion is also introduced.The work in this paper includes the following:1.The basic situation and the typicality of network public opinion government guiding of Tianjin Port Bombing Event is introduced and researched,as well as the typicality of the case event.2.The government's monitoring mechanism for network public opinion,the network of public opinion to ease and interception mechanism and the government working mechanism in the network public opinion guidance and management is researched.3.The related recommendations of Government network public opinion guide in the case event is proposed from the basic principles,network public opinion monitoring and early-warning mechanism,network public opinion guidance and process construction,network public opinion regulation and other related legal system construction angle.
