Research On Hui Marriage Customary Law In Zhang Jiachuan Autonomous County

The Hui nationality in Zhangjiachuan autonomous county originates from Islam whose culture and customs are all with the shadow of Islamic culture, and are influenced by Chinese traditional culture in the development process. Hui nationality in Zhangjiachuan eventually formed their own unique culture. Common law marriage is an important part of the hui common law of Zhang Guchuan, especially has the research value. Due to historical reasons, some positive contents in the common law marriage of Zhang Guchuan hui is not known to most people, even many problems arouse people's misunderstanding. Nowadays with the current rapid development of economy, politics, culture and so on, how to objectively understand and evaluate Zhang Guchuan hui marriage law, how to derive the hui nationality in the positive content in marriage law, how to adjust its conflict with national laws, are problems related to the stability of the region and the country's overall development. In this paper, we select the Hui nationality culture in the customary law of marriage as the research topic. From the perspective of building a socialist harmonious society under the rule of law goal, the literature research, questionnaire investigation and case analysis are used. First, we introduce briefly the formation and development of the customary law of Zhang Guchuan hui marriage, and the emphasis are focused on the main content of the marriage law. Then, using the Zhang Guchuan hui marriage common law and our country "marriage law" as the breakthrough point, the conflict is analyzed and some adjustment suggestions are shown. Finally, the value of further study on Zhang Guchuan hui marriage customary law to implement the rule of law and promoting the value of the cultural history is discussed. The author hopes this article can help to achieve Zhang Guchuan hui marriage customary law and China's "marriage law" complement each other in harmonious mode, then to comprehensively implement the rule of law, promote the development of minority areas and the country as a whole.
