Research On Improvement Of Resettlement Community Management

With the development of social economy and growing of urban-rural integration process,resettlement community emerged like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.The emergence of resettlement community breaks previous free and dispersed rural living form of peasant.Landless farmers concentrated to the resettlement community.Theses phenomenon improve residents living conditions and living environment to some extent.But resettlement community residents come from rural landless peasants.They retains a rural customs and tradition,lack of employment skills,and their cultural level is not high,making it difficult for them to adapt to the new life of community.As a result,the demolition resettlement community management faces many difficulties.In this paper,taking relocation of the community management as the research object,the basic theory of community management as the research basis,we researched on Defeng community,which located in Jin Gang town,Zhangjiagang city,through field investigation.Then management status,existing problems and the reasons of Defeng community was analyzed.According to successful experiences from home and abroad community management,the optimization of specific measures for resettlement community management were puts forward from three aspects,namely the government,social organizations and community itself.First part of this paper is the introduction.Mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,technical route and research methods.Second part of this paper is the research foundation.The concept of community,demolition resettlement community,community management,and community management mode are interpreted.And the differences among demolition resettlement community,rural community and city community are distinguished.Third part of this paper is analysis of present situation and cause analysis of resettlement community management.Firstly,the management status of resettlement community of Zhangjiagang city and Wheelock community are elaborated;secondly,Wheelock community management is survey,the existing problems in the management of Wheelock community is summarized,and its cause is analyzed.Fourth part of this paper is the countermeasures of resettlement community management.The successful experience of foreign community management model in Singapore,USA model and Japanese model are introduced.The successful experience of domestic community management mode,including Shanghai mode,Shenyang mode,and Qingdao Wuhan community management mode are also introduced.On these basis,optimization the specific countermeasures of resettlement community management units from the government,social organizations and community oneself is put forward.Fifth part of this paper is conclusion.The research contents of this thesis are summarized.
