Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Management Of Resettlement Community

The resettlement of the community is basically a kind of particular community,which is obviously different from the residential area of the traditional commercial housing.And it can be seen literally that this community focuses on the resettlement and most of the residents living in the H community are farmers.The cultural quality of the demolished households and staffs needs to be improved urgently.Most of them still have the traditional idea of curing.They are not satisfied with the management and maintenance of the community and are unwilling to pay the management fees.However,relevant policies still do not have enough place.This leads to the lack of funds for the management and maintenance of the community,the lack of appropriate protection for the community residents on the one hand,and the loopholes in the management of property on the other hand,the lack of standardization or the difficulty of implementing the management.According to the actual situation,the H community is precisely the focus of this problem.Most of the communities are demolished residents,and the community management is not in place.There are potential safety problems.How to deal with the management difficulties of resettlement communities becomes a problem An immediate problem to be solved urgently in the near future.This paper analyzes in detail the existing management problems of H community based on several aspects.And this is based on the management mode and current situation of the community.The problems can be divided into two aspects apparently:the first is on the resident's aspect,Most of the residents in the resettlement communities are farmers,who have lower cultural quality,backward ideas,weak legal and safety awareness,and of course lack of participation in community management.and the second is on the community,due to the construction particularity of the resettlement community,the investment in property management is not enough and the management level is a little lower,the public Infrastructure can not keep up with the needs of residents,there are security risks,coupled with inadequate funding,community planning is not reasonable,limited scale and so on.This series of problems have restricted the further development of resettlement communities.The reasons for these problems are various,mainly for the reasons of the government,the reasons for the residents themselves,and the reasons for the rapid construction of urbanization.This paper will propose a scientific and rational solution based on these issues in a targeted manner,and will be based on in-depth analysis of community planning and layout,residents' ideological concepts and policies,put forward targeted optimization programs to solve the management of resettlement communities problem.These targeted measures will focus on both the whole and the monomer;standardize the institutional management of resettlement communities.
