Volunteer Activities:An Effective Form To Explore Community Governance

With the advance of urbanization, more and more rural communities resettlement accessories emerged as urbanization. In the transformation of the traditional villages and modern resettlement communities, due to genetic, breakage and recombination geopolitical relations, rural services faces missing the original dilemma, remodeling services in rural communities imminent. And faced with the decline in traditional rural culture, emerging communities face "stitching restructuring" of today, how to arouse the common sense of community, foster a common spirit has become an important issue, and volunteer service to the community to reshape the community values to some extent, cohesion community spirit, increase community’s sense of identity and belonging.In this paper, a more innovative perspective "community self-organization" and starting to shape this emerging community "rural resettlement community" as the research object to- the more novel analytical methods "course of events", Fujian Tianzhu Community Case to the spontaneous formation of community development volunteer activities as a starting point, through the daily activities of the community volunteer description and analysis to examine the behavior of community residents in community life among the choices and motivations, and then observe and study various types of non-institutional community organizations the establishment and growth and how it affects the community to achieve effective self-service, self-management, until towards autonomy budding process.Through research and study, we believe that only further promote awareness of the conversion status of community residents, community residents to deepen the sense of belonging, and further innovation in the form of volunteer activity patterns and to further strengthen cooperation and interaction between government and the community, in order to make more community Residents from simple community participation, to active self-service, self-management until further added to the community is to improve. At present, China-related research for rural resettlement communities less for volunteering placement affect rural community development literature is very few, I hope this experience can provide references on relevant research, achieve certain practical and theoretical significance and value.
