JY law firm since approved the establishment,is one of a small law firm in Shenyang most early.The JY law firm,advancing with the times,the continuous reform and development,in China now has a development history of more than 20 years,has formed the initial scale,have a certain influence on the local,but in recent years,the number of scale and business law firm JY maintained not before,much development and progress have not been of the base,the lack of to determine the market positioning and development goals.JY lawyer affairs belongs to a small and medium-sized firms,so for such firms,double pressure in marketing,how to face the source in the large domestic firms and international well-known law firms,combined with the actual situation,give full play to its own advantages,easy to win a space for one person in the increasingly fierce market environment,the present JY law a transaction has become a very realistic and urgent problem.The issue with JY law firm as the research object,in the legal service market of Shenyang as the research background,research on the internal and external environment based on the JY law firm,trying for the correct development of JY law firm in the market positioning,and then adopt the reasonable marketing strategies to achieve their economic interests,which for the JY law firm in the future development is very the profound significance.This thesis firstly makes a detailed study and analysis of the service marketing theory,some characteristics of the service marketing itself is described,and the differences between traditional marketing and service marketing are briefly analyzed;all kinds of problems,and then to the present situation JY lawyers service marketing is facing the development process and the current the internal and external environment as the starting point,with the marketing strategy of the feasibility is discussed;finally according to JY lawyer affairs problems,the market positioning of a study,formulate corresponding marketing strategy services,at the same time corresponding guarantee measures for the implementation of service strategy.
