China’s legal service industry after years of development, the current from the previous planned economy has entered the era of market operation stage. The main body of the lawyer as a market economy, must have the ability to adapt to, control the operation of the market. Therefore, the legal service industry needs the guidance of marketing theory. However due to various reasons the marketing strategy theory in China is still in the primary stage of the law firm. At the same time, the developed degree of the legal service industry represents a country’s democracy and legal system construction level and market economy. Therefore, the law firm marketing strategy theory research, not only can improve the Chinese service marketing theory system, but can also guide the marketing practice of law firms and lawyers, to enhance the level of development of our country’s law firm, and improve the system construction of market economy in china. As the market economy an important part-- the legal services market, marketing will play an increasingly important role in the. Therefore, the law firm(lawyer) as the subject of the law service market should set up the market marketing idea, and according to the characteristics of the legal service market marketing, to improve the marketing strategies of Chinese law firms.
