The main body of the legal service market is the law firm.In accordance with the relevant regulations,its duty is to provide professional legal services for the people in need.But this service should be corresponding to the customer's needs,after all,in this market relationship;the customer is the main conductor.That is to say,how the customer's decision can even determine the fate of a law firm.Nowadays,most small and medium-sized law firms do not realize the importance of legal service marketing,and have no clear cognition of them;even the audiences are very vague.So the current marketing means are not systematic enough.Now the marketing means are mainly to cater to the customer's idea.After recognizing the market demand,a set of strategies for the market is created.But for legal service marketing is not mature enough,such as service marketing and marketing is still at the initial level of research,experts are still exploring research.The purpose of this article is to explore the marketing strategies for small and medium law firms to make it clear to themselves and to strengthen their marketing capabilities.At the same time,to help prevent the fierce competition in the legal service industry,so that the industry has always maintained a healthy development level.This article mainly through the management of professional knowledge and organization and strategic management,data content with multi discipline of economics,marketing,service marketing,consumer behavior,psychology,advertising,statistics,law,using the comparative research method,literature research method,case analysis,system analysis and other analysis methods located in the Shandong CZ law firm marketing present situation,through the SWOT and STP and other means to explore,clearly grasp the Shandong Province legal service market marketing environment,and to create a set of appropriate marketing strategy for its development.The starting point of this article is the marketing status of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shandong province.Based on the analysis of CZ law firm,suggestions and suggestions are put forward based on the analysis results,so as to optimize its marketing mode so as to achieve the ultimate goal of enhancing its competitiveness.
