With the development of the society and the reform of the judicial system,the judicial rectification work of the juvenile is no longer just the task of the judiciary.The involvement of the judicial social work has injected a fresh blood into the judicial rectification work.This study is a social work research about the change of minors' willingness to participate in judicial correction.The researcher discussed about the influencing factors of the client's willingness,performance and the process of the change by using qualitative research method.The aim of this study is,in theory,to construct the model of the change of involuntary clients in social work;In practice,to provide some useful strategies of how to facilitate the conversion of involuntary clients to voluntary to social workers.In this paper,the main research methods to collect research data used depth interview and case study.The researcher selected 4 of the minor involuntary clients who have to accept judicial correction services,used Solution-focused Brief Therapy to focus the problem on their process from involuntary to voluntary of the various stages of service.The conclusions are the following:1?The "contest" of the intention of participating in the judicial rectification of the clients has affected the motive force of the judicial rectification.Thtrough the thrust of the transformation and the build of the rally,the formation of judicial correction of the force,you can make the clients change from the involuntary to voluntary.2?When used Solution-focused Brief Therapy,we must adhere to the positive look at the clients,adhere to the problem-solved oriented.3?The four steps of clients change from involuntary to voluntary are the professionalism,the perceived and accepted by themselves,the need to find professional assistance,and the initiative to seek assistance.
