Research On The Application Of Social Work Evidence-based Practice In Community Correction

Since 2003 "on the implementation of community correction pilot work notice" issued,China's community correction work has been rapid development,the region in the lessons learned from home and abroad on the basis of the formation of the characteristics of the community correction model,such as "Beijing model","Shanghai model" and so on.But also aroused widespread concern in the academic community,the study of this area has gradually increased,the current scholars from the law,economics,sociology point of view of its research.With the rapid development of social work,the study of community correction from the perspective of social work has become increasingly rich,which have laid a solid theoretical foundation for further study of community correction social work.Over the past few years,China has been promoting the development of community correction work,the Shanghai Municipal Judiciary to promote the development of community correction,but also do some useful exploration,and gradually social work theory,social work methods applied to community correction,in order to solve the problems in the process of community correction,such as correct management of extensive management,a single correction method,inadequate adjustment of resource allocation and so on.On the basis of the professional practice of the author,this paper takes the case of a judicial institution in Shanghai as an example.Through studying the status situation of community correction in Shanghai,it is found that the above problems are indeed in the process of rectification work.Based on this,the author put forward the practice of social work evidence-based practice into the community correction work,expect to use this scientific method to guide the actual work of our current community correction.The practice of introducing evidence-based practice in community correction is to collaborate with researchers,community correction workers,correction objects and managers in the framework of evidence-based practice,according to the best research evidence,object to the process of community correction program.In the "evidence-based" evidence-based community correction,the development of corrective programs is more scientific,the corrective relationship tends to be equal,the method of correction is more diversified,which will help to improve the effect of community correction and minimize the rate of recidivism.From the perspective of social work,this paper analyzes the origin,connotation,scientific concept and practice framework of evidence-based practice,and then,according to the actual situation of correcting the work of a judicial institution,from the aspects of correcting the professional aspects of the staff,Theoretical construction and policy aspects of the proposed recommendations,and further thinking and explore the evidence-based community correction of localization,specialization and scientific content and path to attract more community correction researchers and workers to strengthen the evidence-based practice Research,so that evidence-based community correction in China to push forward solid,to highlight its unique charm.
