Health Supervising System Study About Smoking Control In Public Place Of Sichuan Province

'Regulations on Public Places Sanitation Administration in Sichuan Province' has been officially implemented on May 1,2011.Four years later,even though the health supervision department has taken a series of measures based on the 'Regulations',the effect is minimal�Therefore,it definitely will be meaningful and necessary both in practice and theory research to study the supervision system on public tobacco control,the tobacco control regulations and the implementation.Besides it will be meaningful to study the cognition and attitude of smokers' and consumers' on the effect of smoking control and relative regulations.Also it will be meaningful to put forward feasible policy or recommendations accordingly based on the study.This article tried and found out the weak areas of the supervision on tobacco control in public places and put forward the measures through inspecting some public places and check on the implementation of the regulations.Also this article finds out the weak areas and gives the measures about the smokers' and consumers' cognition and attitude on tobacco control in public places through the questionnaire survey for these people.According to the questionnaire survey on health supervisors to know about the effects of the measures of tobacco control on the regulations based on which to make analysis of the shortcomings of current tobacco control measures and laws and regulations put forward the improvement suggestions.Through study on the status of tobacco control policies and the implementation of them in public places and the health supervision system the article tries to focus on the existing problems and puts forward the solving measures.Furthermore through combing the domestic and international public places tobacco control practices and experiences the article gives the beneficial tips from the practices of Sichuan province.The paper aims at exploring the implementation of the legal system,government advocacy,object of accountability,effective supervision,self-discipline of smokers,people-involved administration and public governance on tobacco control supervision system to optimize and improve the Sichuan Province public places tobacco control supervision system and to fill the blank of research in the field of public health supervision to provide reference for future tobacco control supervision in public places,to reduce and curb the harm of tobacco in public places and to better fulfill its mission of guarding health supervision.
