A Study On The Safety Managment Of Rimary And Secondary Schools In Shenyang City

Primary and secondary school safety management has a greater impact on the community and cause social panic,traditional campus security including food safety,fire safety,traffic safety and so on.The management content is single,narrow and lack of the ability to deal with emergency security events.Therefore,traditional campus security has been unable to fully meet the needs of today's society for campus security.How to improve school safety management mechanism,and strengthen campus security to adapt to the comprehensive reform of today's society has become an urgent problem.To this end,the current campus in Shenyang with the security situation through deeper investigations and analysis of primary and secondary schools of Shenyang campus.Shenyang safety management shortcomings presents current social policy and countermeasure of safety management,and improves the campus security management theories,while helping to improve safety management level of the school.The paper is aimed to find out the existing security problem of schools in Shenyang regarding subjects,objects,content method and output,with public security management theory related and research based on current security status.As well,they combined both of domestic and oversea related literature information and interview of data collection and government documents.Based on overall analysis,it would propose to find out the root cause and society background as well as ticketing to enhance management condition pointedly,making progress on mental health,perfecting the working system of campus “Huge security”,improving legal institution and enrich the countermeasure of current campus security management.It provides the researching theory regarding the campus security management system.It makes great effects on the completed campus security management leverage setup as well as the further enhancement.
