On The Moral Dilemma In The Practice Of Rule By Law

In the process of building a socialist modern country under the rule of law,There is a problem that how to combine the rule of law and rule of virtue.The good running of a country's rule of law is inseparable from the moral constraints,however,there are a series of difficulties about the choice of morality.Therefore,based on dilemma encountered in the practice of rule of law,this article respectively illustrated the connotation and type of moral dilemma in the practice of rule by law,the manifestation of moral dilemma in the practice of rule by law,and the reasons for the emergence of these phenomena.Finally,this article found out the solution of getting rid of moral dilemma from the main body of the legislative activities,the main body of the law enforcement activities,the subject of the judicial activities and the main body of the law-abiding activities.It's significant for a better practice of rule of law.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,including the research purpose and significance,research trends and new ideas and research methods of this topic;The second part is the connotation and type of moral dilemma in the practice of rule by law,and the moral dilemma encountered in the practice of rule by law is the starting point,and its connotation and type are summarized.The third part is the manifestation and causes of the moral dilemma in the practice of the rule of law.It respectively describes the legal unreasonable and unreasonable moral dilemma presented in the practice of the rule of law and the reasons for the present dilemma.The fourth part is to get rid of the legal practice of moral dilemma countermeasures,respectively,from the legislative activities,the main body of the law enforcement,judicial activities and the main body of law-abiding activities,put forward countermeasures to solve this dilemma...
