Internet advertisement originated in the electronic commerce in the Information Age.With the large data and information age boom in the ascendant."Internet Advertisement" is added to the advertisement law and the promulgation of interim measures,marking the new stage of the construction of the advertisement legal system.The promulgation of this legal system is significant,but generally more general.More things relying on traditional regulation methods to the Internet advertising legal regulation,and how to implement the new law to the Internet advertising market operation mode is also a problem.This article takes the Internet advertisement into the existing legal system as the node,analyzing the difference between the type of advertisement and the traditional type.Through the existing normative,supervisory system and the concrete implementation status quo under the new system,combining with the recent popular "Zexi Wei" incident,the paper analyzes the legislation,supervision and implementation of the Internet Advertisement legal regulation in China.Aiming at the related problems,drawing lessons from the relevant national legal regulation system,summarizing the experience and enlightenment,combining the relevant experience and the enlightenment of our country's specific Internet advertisement regulation problem and the current system structure,propose corresponding perfect measures.
