Court,as judicial adjudication organ,is the last ditch to safeguard social fairness and justice.For a long time,the treatment of judges is the same with other civil servants,which has ignored the judicial rule and judicial justice and efficiency.Meanwhile,the capacity of Staff in court is quite different,but they must get promotion at the executive level with no exception.As a result,brain drain in courts is becoming more and more serious.Thus promoting the reform of the personnel management and improving the personnel classification management has great significance to social justice,judicial efficiency and people's rights.However,in the process of judicial reform,across the court due to hit a deep problems and the adjustment of the interest structure of system,the difficulties contradictions continuously emerging.The paper focuses on the personnel classification management of Court in City A.It analyzes the problems and reasons during the reform for personnel classification management of Court with its concept and theory by using method of case analysis,comparative analysis and document analysis to obtain the tentative plans and suggestions for our personnel classification management system.Hope the paper can help make clear objective for judicial reform and eventually make ideas and steps of reform Comply with judicial practice.
