Research On Strengthening Government Supervision In Credit Construction Of Construction Industry In S District

Over the past 30 years or so,rapid local economic development cannot do without the construction of engineering projects.The rapid development of construction industry also brings along widespread phenomenon of lack of credit.There are repeated problems like lax supervision of project approval,falsification of tendering,frequent occurrence of quality safety problems,inflow of large amount of construction capital into grey zone,long-term default of project payment,and frequent occurrence of high-price and low-quality projects.There are astonishing corruption in various links.The central government constructs the credit information platform of construction industry,and aims to solve problems brought by dishonest behaviors such as:disorder in construction market,severe social influence,economic loss and serious waste.It is aimed to improve the current prevailing dishonest and corruption problems in the construction industry in terms of the system.Firstly,the paper reviews the development history of construction industry's credit system,introduces the construction industry's subjects and objects,and finds out the influencing factors and characteristics of construction industry's credit system.Secondly,the paper describes the current conditions and problems of credit supervision in the construction industry in S District,and points out the lack of credit of various construction subjects and administrative departments as well as existing problems of the construction industry's credit system.Next,the paper puts forward strategies for improving government management on the supervision of construction industry's credit system in S District.It is aimed to provide optimization strategies for local government in S District to have credit system supervision management in engineering project construction,which can be concluded in 5 aspects including:improving construction enterprises credit construction,practically transforming government function,improving government supervision management level,strengthening efforts in punishing corruption,and improving credit system construction.
