Research On Supply Of Public Sports Service Of Sports Community For Elder People In Jiaozuo City

Due to the aging problems worsening in China,sports for elderly people has gain increasing attention.The elderly sports community plays a crucial role in the development of elderly sports.And as a non-profit organization,it is also an important one of the public sports service supplier.In addtion,it will help the improvement of the public sports service system.This paper takes the elderly Sports Communities in Jiaozuo City as a sample,using the method of literature method,field survey method and interview method to analyze the current situation and problems of public sports service supply of elderly sports communities in Jiaozuo City.This paper draws the following conclusions: 1.Jiaozuo elderly sports communities,which aims to or organise and participate in sports activity,is composed of the local elderly sports lovers.And it is a non-profit organization operating under certain system that develops by its member.2.For their spontaneity,the elderly sports communities in Jiaozuo are independent of the local government or sports administration.And its main fuction is to supply social services.Jiaozuo had 10 sports communities for elder people in the end of 2015,and from then the number of communites,its member and the events have been increasing.3.The elderly sports communities in Jiaozuo are important public sports service suppliers.4.The content of public sports service from the elderly sports community in Jiaozuo are sports fitness facilities services,sports information publicity services,sports activities services and sports guidance services.5.The elderly sports communities in Jiaozuo supply public sports services in the way of participation in government purchase projects and self-raised funds.6.There are a lot of achievements in the process of supplying public sports services but also exists the following problems: the elderly sports communities rely too much on government about the choice of supply service content;methods of sports services supplying are single;communities have weak ability to raise funds so that they have fewer sources of fund;community supply service efficiency is not high.7.The paper puts forward the corresponding measures as following.First,more different kinds of service,especially those meeting the needs of the elder people,must be developed.Second,the method of supplying should be vavied,taking the consideration of cooperation with enterprises.Third,the management of funds needs to be strenthened,putting more attention in seeking more funding sources.Forth,the communities should put more efforts in self-improvement to increase the efficiency of service supply.
