Research On The Construction Of Urban Public Culture And Sports Service Suitable For The Elderly

At present,the number of the elderly population in China has reached a peak and is still rising year by year.The health status of the elderly population in urban areas is getting better and the demand for improving the quality of life is also rising,including the demand for cultural and sports services.Public culture and sports service is an important part of public service,which is a corresponding public product to protect the public culture and sports rights and interests of all citizens.Due to the particularity of their physiology or psychology,the needs of the elderly for public culture and sports services are different from those of other groups.However,the current urban public culture and sports services can not meet the needs of the elderly.Therefore,this paper proposes the construction of urban public culture and sports services suitable for the elderly,aiming to optimize and improve the urban public culture and sports services based on the current pension model,so as to make them more friendly to the elderly.This is also an important measure to practice active aging action and deal with aging problems scientifically.It is an important step to form a good atmosphere of respecting the elderly and filial piety,and promote social stability and harmonious development.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis and logical analysis,and takes the current public culture and sports service system,pension service system,analysis of the characteristics of the elderly demand as the logical basis.It constructs the theory of the urban public culture and sports service suitable for the elderly,which consists of the subject factors and the elements suitable for the elderly.The operation mechanism of suitable for the elderly includes the management system,the service supply mechanism and the guarantee mechanism.Then through this theoretical framework,the paper analyzes the lack and deficiency of suitable for the elderly of urban public culture and sports services,mainly including the unclear idea of suitable for the elderly,the unclear rights and responsibilities of the main body,the lack of suitable for the elderly of service platform,and poor preparation for the urban public culture and sports services suitable for the elderly;Finally,based on the experience of foreign developed countries in the aspects of public culture and sports service suitable for the elderly,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first,deepen the concept of suitable for the elderly,create an atmosphere of suitable for the elderly;second,promote collaborative cooperation,create multiple subjects;third,develop standards for suitable for the elderly,cultivate talents for suitable for the elderly;fourth,break the information block,information of supply and demand share.fifth,strengthen the theoretical research and guarantee the fund preparation;sixth,strengthen the relevant legislation and strengthen policy protection.
