Rural community governance is the extension of rural public policies,and the most critical issue is the existence of aconflict of interest in various types of governance stakeholders.Rural community governance is actually the reshape of civil society in rural areas.This process is not merely to raise the income level of rural residents,or increase the supply of public goods in rural areas,but to optimize the rural community governance mechanisms,change rural community management system,and improve the rural communities benefit distribution system,with the efforts to solve the interests issues of farmers concern,to regulate the relationship between the main interests of the various stakeholders in rural communities and improve system security of the main interests of stakeholders in rural communities,in order to build a mechanism to measure the benefits in community governance.
