Research On New Rural Community Governance ——Based On The Case Of Shuang Cha Peng Community In Suqian City

The new rural community is between the traditional community and the urban community.It is a new form of social life.It adopts the methods of overall merger and multi village relocation,systematically integrates resource elements such as adult property,and implements it according to the unified plan,so as to build it into a new centralized residential area for farmers.However,with the increase of the number of new rural community construction in China in recent years,the problems of new community governance continue to emerge,which affect the happiness and satisfaction of farmers.Through research and development,the governance of new rural communities in China started late,and the theoretical research system is not perfect.Therefore,the research on community governance is imminent.In order to do a good job in the "second half of the article" of rural housing improvement,Suqian City,Jiangsu Province took the initiative to comply with the new situation faced by the original party construction and administrative system after the centralized residence of farmers and the integrated development of urban and rural areas,made great efforts to solve the prominent problem of insufficient system supply,made some beneficial explorations to promote the new rural community governance work in the province to always be in the forefront of the country,achieved certain results,and created a number of typical experiences of new rural community governance services.Therefore,based on the theory of collaborative governance,new public service theory and good governance theory,this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire.By expounding the governance model,development status and experience gained in practice of the new rural community in shuangchapeng,Suqian City,it is analyzed that there are still some problems in the governance of the new rural community in shuangchapeng,such as imperfect grass-roots governance system,low participation of community residents The serious loss of cadres and talents,the lack of popularity of grass-roots service positions and the low level of community service ability.Through in-depth analysis,it is found that the reasons for the governance problems of the new rural community in double teahouses are the lack of community governance resources,the constraints of community traditional ideas,the unreasonable structure of community cadres,the weak community infrastructure and the lack of community social forces.Based on the empirical analysis of individual cases and the reference of domestic and foreign experience,this paper summarizes the countermeasures and paths to improve the governance of the new rural community,systematically and comprehensively expounds the specific measures that the new rural community needs to improve the diversified governance system,optimize the community participation mechanism,strengthen the construction of cadres,standardize the construction of cultural positions,and improve the community service system,and puts forward the ways and methods to improve the governance of the new rural community.
