Research On The Quality Of New Generation Peasant Workers' Spiritual And Cultural Life

The new generation of migrant workers is an important force in the socialist modernization drive with Chinese characteristics and has made important contributions to China's economic and social development.Focusing on the spiritual and cultural life quality of the new generation of migrant workers is the need of social development and migrant workers' own development.It plays a very important role in building a well-off society,building a socialist harmonious society and long-term development of migrant workers groups.This paper investigates the spiritual and cultural life of the new generation migrant workers in the east,middle and west of China by means of literature,questionnaires and case interviews,so as to comprehensively and accurately grasp the spiritual and cultural life quality of the new generation migrant workers situation.Compared with the first generation of migrant workers,the new generation of migrant workers have relatively higher cultural level,more open ideas,social adaptability and higher expectations for the future,so they reflect the relative increase of subject consciousness,spiritual and cultural needs Increase in spiritual and cultural activities to a certain degree of increase in life satisfaction and relative increase in the spiritual and cultural life of the side.However,the new generation of migrant workers and the existence of spiritual and cultural living conditions of poverty,spiritual and cultural life and spiritual and cultural life of the lack of awareness of the plight of the problem.This is the external material life conditions and the impact of leisure time,but also by the new generation of migrant workers their own ideological and moral and cultural quality constraints and the limitations of spiritual life.In the future,we expect that the individual needs of the new generation of migrant workers will be met,that the fruits of development will be shared and that more support will be given to society.This needs to play a social role in promoting,relying on the active support of enterprises,but also need new generation of migrant workers to improve their overall quality.
