China's Anti-corruption Compaign & CCP's Integrity Building : A View Of Path-dependence

The 15 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the formal wording of "party conduct and building a clean government".Since eighteen Party's connotation of "honest government" with comprehensive strictly strengthen and enrich the path dependence,not only contains the original party's ideology,organization,style,discipline construction and anti-corruption,but also increase the restoration of political ecology,the system of Party building and build a clean political party etc.The nature and purpose of the Communist Party of Chinese determines that we must attach great importance to clean government;clean government is an inevitable requirement strictly;clean government is an important guarantee to achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese dream.Although the academic circles from country(territory)outside the anti-corruption pattern even make a new start and another voice and that our honest government work is still ahead in the original orbit,showing a clear path dependence.Political purposes and political attributes,leadership,strategy,system and mechanism of anti-corruption,anti-corruption institutions and their functions,personnel,the main content is basically the same,even if the recent ongoing national supervision system and relevant change and vice versa.The phenomenon of path dependence has its path locking,increasing returns and self strengthening.The characteristics of Marx's political party,the historical experience of our party's honest and clean government construction,and the rise and fall of Marx's political parties in other countries lead to the path locking,which makes the lock-in more robust;the improvement and reinforcement of the original path makes the reward increase and further strengthen itself.The path dependence of the construction of party conduct and honest government in our country has its historical inevitability and obvious effect,so we should take it seriously and evaluate it.But there are also some disadvantages,which make it face new challenges in response to the new situation.
