Deng Xiaoping's Thought Of Common Prosperity And Its Contemporary Value

For thousands of years,people have eager to see the achievement of common prosperity,which is an important content of Deng Xiaoping's Theory and the ultimate ideal and goal of the long-term struggle of socialists.Throughout the history,there have been countless national leaders endeavor to achieve common prosperity.Today,Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory lays foundation and provides support for people to meet those new opportunities and new challenges which are brought by the rapid development of China.Through the rethinking and deep excavation of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory,people can have a clear understanding of its theoretical development,and its value in the development of contemporary society which enables people to solve contradictions and problems exist in the development of China,promotes the rapid development of society and economic,and further promotes the realization of common prosperity.The article consists four parts.The first part is the introduction.The author summarizes the research background,significance,status domestic and abroad,ideas and methods,innovation and shortcomings in this part.The second part discusses the formation background,theoretical basis and formation process of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory.The author discusses the research background from the aspects of the international background and the domestic background.The theoretical basis is stated from the aspects of the Chinese traditional culture and rich theories of the utopian socialists,Marx,Engels,Lenin,Stalin and Mao Zedong,all of those theories contain thoughts of the common prosperity theory and they had influenced the formation of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory.At last,the author discusses the formation process of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory including its birth,its initial shaping and the maturity of the thought which can provide references for future study.The third part expounds the connotation of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory.Six aspects are discussed according to Deng Xiaoping's theory.First,the duality of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory is talked;Second,the common prosperity theory represents essential requirements of society;Third,common prosperity is achieved on the basis of development of productive forces;Four,avoiding polarization is the prerequisite of achieving common prosperity.Fifth,the routine is to achieve “the Rich First Pushing Those Being Rich Later” and to realize co-rich eventually.Sixth,the common prosperity is the embodiment represents the Chinese Communist Party's purpose that serves for the people.The fourth part discusses its contemporary value.DengXiaoping's common prosperity theory lays a theoretical foundation and provides institutional guarantee for the common wealth in China.It adheres to the principle of balanced development of urban and rural areas and the principle of shared development.It promotes the construction of people's livelihood,legal construction and ideological and moral education.On the basis of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory,our leaders have carried out a series of practical exploration in order to achieve common prosperity and formulated many innovative theoretical policies which lay theoretical foundation for completing the "13th Five-Year Plan",building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing Chinese dream.Therefore,the study of Deng Xiaoping's common prosperity theory is consistent with the social development situation in China,and it is of great practical significance for the achievement of China's common prosperity.
