Research On Parallel Group Work Involved In The Migrant Children's Social Adaptive Problems

After the Chinese economic reform,China has attracted much attention with the development speed of urbanization and rapid economic development.City has better infrastructure and public resources than countryside,leading to large-scale population movements and forming a group of special migrant workers.Since 90 s,the flow of migrant workers gradually from "alone","husband and wife cooperation" to "family migration",the number of migrant workers migrant children have increased significantly.The social adaptation problems of migrant workers' children and their problems are also widely concerned in the academia.On the basis of the study of the existing literature,author collected the basic data from the questionnaire survey of Guangzhou H community,used quantitative analysis method to classify the children's adaptation problem,and classified the social adaptability of migrant children Adaptation problems,psychological adaptation problems,interpersonal adaptation problems,behavior adaptation issues and environmental adaptation problems.And then collecting and analyzing information to get a abundant description through qualitative research methods,This paper try to analyzes and explains the main reasons immigrant children 's adaptation problem and methods of social work involced in the social adaptation of migrant workers' children,further discussing the main difficulties and countermeasures of the social adaptation problems of migrant children' s migrant children.This paper attempts to analyze the timing of adapting to children's problems from the perspective of social system and respond to the difficulties of social adaptation of migrant children,according to the existing social work development model.This article gives opinions that take such action in the social work service center for the activities of youth group work to estable professionalism and strengthen the service group of social work professional and service awareness.And then according to the service objectives to establish a parallel group,expanding the richness of mass activities to meet the needs of social adaptation at all levels.Solving the problem of migrant workers' adaptation and contradiction between the growth environment from the micro to mesoscopic system.Finally,this article will make suggestions on the study of social work to improve the system and to put forward constructive comments.
