Taking the mobile children in the M community of Hefei as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the social integration process of M community mobile children.The main problems include the following six points: low psychological confidence,slow academic adaptation,difficulties in changing living habits,poor communication ability,lack of identity to city and low social participation.The reasons are generally divided into three aspects: the individual level is limited to the mobile children,the expression level of the mobile children is low and the mobility of the children's self adaptation ability is insufficient;the family level is limited by the economic conditions,which leads to the weak basis of equal communication,the psychological depression and the family of the family rearing style,and the family.Social capital is weak and social participation is low;community and social level is not enough to publicize community activities and "label" makes mobile children become marginalized.Using the advantage perspective theory and social support theory,the social integration problem of M community mobile children is discussed,and the intervention method of group work is used to solve the problem.The group was divided into six group activities.The six group events were: "knowing you and me","doing the most confident self","friendship","I love my house","know our city" and "farewell goodbye".Six groups of activities to further improve the self-confidence of mobile children,improve the ability to adapt to school and communication skills,improve the relationship between children and families,improve the participation of the mobile children in the community activities and the sense of identity of the living cities,and promote the better integration of the floating children into the city.Healthy growth.
