| In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,as the Mongolian Han nationalty are the main body of national Autonomous areas,it is very important and significant to cultivate bilingual legal talents.As for the cultivatiaon of bilingual legal talents,Mongolian legal textbooks are the foundation,which play an inreplaceable part.However,what worries us is the mismutching of Mongolian legal textbooks.During 20 years from 1997 to 2017,there have been only 21 books published(due to the range of collecting textbook is just Hohhot,it may diter by one or two books with the practically published textbooks),Mongolian book stores in market,there hardly sees Mongolian legal textbooks.I could find nothing but one Mongolian book of International law,in an Mongolian bookstore on the second floor of Wen Hua Mall.The Mongolian legal textbooks above are found in all university libraries.Therefore,the problems,such as the shortage of Mongolian legal textbooks,old content and update not in time,are presated to the eyes.In the Mongolian legal textbooks had been found,there are some technical problems,such as:grammar mistakes and spelling mistakes,as well as translation erros,for example,not having a unified legal terminology problem is one of the most common problems.These problems are echoes of the cultivatiaon of bilingual legal talents faling in judicial practice.lt is a real problem which has to be concered and soved. |
