Mongolian traditional law is a representative of the northern nomads law culture, with its relative independence and the unique legal culture connotation, form the huanghe river and other different ethnic legal system, constitute a sui generis Mongolian law system. At the same time, the Mongolian domestic of all ethnic groups in their native language is written law books to save one of the largest number of ethnic minorities. By the academic circles at home and abroad work together to a lot of Mongolian law books are mine,, annotation, publishing, become an important source of investigation research. Contemporary law theory is that the law is not an invention, but the existing various objective social relations as well as the corresponding social needs, social norms by lawmakers screening of sublimation, between the relatives, class, and production activities of social relations is sublimated into law after the protected by state authority. Method to reflect the nature of social material conditions, social existence, national will and the class’s will and so on. Law is a microcosm of a period of social relations, social status, and the code is record, save the epitome of the carrier, is each burn the strong vitality of ancient society on the paper. Code, therefore, the research value of far more than its written literal content level.As by the statutory code is an important part of culture and the Chinese legal civilization, Mongolian code for full and comprehensive study of Chinese legal significance. In-depth analytical Mongolian code is helpful to understand the whole picture of our multi-ethnic country legal culture development and the overall process, at the same time can deepen the understanding to the development of China’s ancient legal rule.
