Since the 21 st century,all kinds of social public crisis events,the crisis brought serious influence to people's life and property safety.Because the public crisis events has sudden,uncertainty,the government cannot fully suppress the outbreak of the crisis event,can do is to build a prevention system as well as in the first time to deal with public crisis events,will be affected to a minimum.In the crisis,the government is an important subject to deal with the crisis events,and the media will play a crucial role,through the media coverage can eliminate the wrong opinion,let the people learned the truth of the event.But since the crisis events impact on the government will produce some negative effects,therefore many areas the government to take excessive media management under public crisis,by excessive management to suppress media freedom rights,thus cause bigger impact to the public crisis events.Based on this background,this paper study the government's excessive management problem of the media,"jilin water pollution incident",for example,the detailed study of the government performance management of media excessive with the facts,and through interview and questionnaire survey to explore the influence factors of excessive management behind more deep,combining with specific cases and the results of the study,in view of the media for the government to provide reasonable management optimization advice,help the government to change the excessive management present situation of the media,let the more equal,mutually beneficial relations between the government and the media formed through joint efforts to reduce the influence of public crisis,to better safeguard the fundamental interests of the public.
