With the rapid development of information technology,the future war has become the high-tech information warfare.Under the condition of informatization,the scope of the sea battlefield is expanded,the speed of military action is accelerated,the situation changes rapidly,and the requirements of the combat capability of information warfare are getting higher and higher.In order to ensure the efficiency of combat command,we can only use the automatic command and control system.So,the information management of naval weapons and equipment,and the use of computer technology for tactical decision-making is the focus of the current field of computer engineering research.The surface warfare command and control system is the command and control center of the ship combat system.It uses the standard console as the main node,builds the combat system network through Ethernet,and manages the various combat resources effectively through the information communication of each node in the network,and uses computers for a variety of tactical calculations,improves the combat capability of ships effectively.This paper first analyzes and studies the key technologies of the command and control system.The subscription/distribution data model of DDS data distribution service technology is to control the information communication mechanism inside the system.Distributed component technology provides the technical support for the underlying framework of the alerting system.Track integration technology is the key technology of system multi-sensor fusion system.Secondly,the software structure of the surface warfare command and control system is designed.Based on the design idea of "application framework + application component",the application components are divided into three categories:task computing service component,interface adaptation component and display control component,using distributed architecture design,combining with distributed component development technology and open application framework technology to establish the system software application component baseline and interface standards,and through the core application components of the universal design to improve the versatility of the core application components.After the design of the system,in order to meet the system's distributed requirements and the requirements of the system for the high-speed,real-time and high reliability of the combat system network,it is proposed to use the network topology of the dual redundant mechanism to improve the reliability of the combat system network and to provide a stable network environment for the command and control system.Finally,the key modules of the command and control system are implemented.The system application framework,message processing and event processing are systematically related to the system,providing the system level interface and basic service for the upper application.This paper focuses on the analysis and implementation of the target threat assessment module and the fire compatibility module.In the target threat assessment module,a threat assessment model is established.By using the fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making,the optimal scheme is proposed by using the threat evaluation algorithm based on the approximation method and the gray correlation degree.In the fire control module,the problem of fire compatibility under the condition of weapon equipment co-operation is studied,and the dynamic programming method based on the ballistic equation model is proposed to realize the multi-weapon cooperative operation,the problem of fire conflict is solved and the firepower compatibility is realized.At the end of this paper,the technical indexes of the system are introduced,and the whole operation of the software is tested.
