A Study On Wright's Capitalist Class Analysis Theory

As a representative of analytical Marxism,Erik Orin Wright(1947-present)argues that,though the Marx's class analysis method is not the only measurement of interpersonal relationship,it is still a basic method for analyzing the relationship between people in the contemporary capitalist society.However,Wright also demonstrates that there are some unclear and imperfect place in Marx's class analysis,which needs a certain degree of clarification,modification,and supplement.This article attempts to use the method of inductive analysis,comparative analysis to combine it with the current social reality in China and unscramble the Wright's theory of class analysis on the basis of literature at home and abroad.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part,introduction.The main content is Summarizing the importance of the study of Wright's theory of capitalist class analysis in the perspective of analytical Marxism from two aspects of theory and practice,and expounding the research status at home and abroad in this regard,to provide important theoretical basis for the rest of this article.The second part,the formation of Wright's theory of capitalist class analysis context,mainly discusses the theoretical basis and the background of the theory of class analysis Wright,also elaborates the status que of the contemporary capitalist society and the development of the theory of class analysis.The third part,the main content of the theory of class analysis of capitalism,comprehensively discusses the Wright's capitalism theory of class analysis.First of all,it introduces the intermediate class theory of contemporary capitalist society,including the basic limit of the concept of class and the location intermediate class contradictions.Secondly,it summarizes the general framework of class analysis in order to analyze the analysis of the class structure of contemporary capitalist society.Finally,the paper expounds the result of the application to a series of empirical research of class analysis.The fourth part,the value and the limitation of the theory of class analysis Wright.As the summary of the whole article,first of all,it expounds the help and inspiration of the implementation of the theory for our country.Secondly,this paper mainly discusses the limitations of understanding and logic on the theory of class analysis.
