Radical egalitarianism as a sense of justice, few people defend it.Because its value deviates from the track of real life,So did not attract the attention of the majority of scholars. As a marginalized theory, its potential value can not be ignored, especially in the socialist China, the study of radical egalitarian justice for the future realization of the ideal of communism is also of practical value.Kai Nielsen has given full discussion of radical egalitarianism without the possibility of over-proofing the future of the theory. This article is based on Kai Nielsen's theory, defending the justness of radical egalitarianism, and demonstrating the possibility of radical egalitarianism.we can not bypass the ideas of Rawls and Nozick When discuss the idea of justice,This paper is mainly about the comparison between Rawls and Nozick's justice and radical egalitarianism,In addition to the full text also involves utilitarianism, duetheory and so on.Radical egalitarian justice is undoubtedly challenged by the present situation, because it is totally incompatible with the development of any social form at present, but its greatest challenge is the possibility.Because radical egalitarianism is an almost equal distribution pattern,it is necessary to argue that the radical equality is more advantageous than the principle of difference in order to demonstrate that the radical equality is more reasonable than that of Rawls' s difference.Equality we also need to demonstrate itself is a reasonable but not limited justice. In this regard,it can be seen that the radical egalitarian view of justice is,above all,an equality of justice. It is based on equality as a criterion for judging justice. This equality is the equality of a goal, the equality of rights, and the equality of rights and freedoms. So it is more reasonable than the Russell and Nozick's justice, because fairness is not equal to equality, there can be unequal fairness, too much emphasis on the right itself contains the violation of the right. The ultimate end of the theory is that it is applied in practice, and how is the possibility of radical egalitarianism dependent on the existence of a stable society based on its theoretical basis. The final conclusion is that Mark's communist society is the ideal destination of radical egalitarianism, which takes into account the Marxist pattern of "on-demand distribution",and the distribution of "good",which is almost average and slightly modified by radical egalitarianism,The greatest degree of respect for the communist society is stable enough.
