| Urbanization has become an important symbol of social development,which is bound to lead to land requisition and house demolition.Therefore,it is also related to the social stability and development that how to handle the land requisition and resettlement and how to deal with the vital interests of the expropriated people.Therefore,it is obvious that the compensation,land requisition and house demolition is significant in the urban construction management.Based on the background of land requisition,house demolition and resettlement in our country and the actual work in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou,this paper puts forward some problems in compensation and resettlement of land requisition and house demolition through management principles.Based on the analysis of document,field research and interview,this paper analyzes the typical cases such as New City of Bozhou and Hua Tuo Square project in Qiaocheng District.The paper digs out the problems in compensation and resettlement,such as the unreasonable compensation,low standard,tardy resettlement,unperfect security mechanism and increasing petition.Furthermore,this study combs out a series of countermeasures to solve the problems such as improving the compensation and resettlement mechanism of land acquisition and relocation,taking multiple compensation and resettlement methods,improving the resettlement ratio,guaranteeing the quality of life after relocation and perfecting laws and regulations.With the continuous development of social economy,Qiaocheng District of Bozhou is one of the important areas in the forefront of the revitalization of northern Anhui development.Shantytowns and new urban construction are going on in the same time,which can not only to improve the living environment of residents living in old city,but also to enhance the new city.The smooth development of land requisition and resettlement in Qiaocheng District is of great significance to the upgrading and transformation of Qiaocheng District and Bozhou. |
