Research On Xi Jinping Ideology Of The Rule Of Law Government Construction

General Secretary Xi Jinping has expounded the rule of law government construction in the 18th CPC,and clearly proposed that it should adhere to the rule of law,govern by law,and jointly promote the administration according to law.Adhering to integrated construction of the rule of law,the rule of law government and the rule of law society,speeding up the construction of a law-abiding government with characteristics of functional sciences,statutory rights,strict law enforcement,openness and impartiality,cleanness and efficiency.This is the practice of the rule of law by the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core closely combined with China’s current situation,which enriches the Marxist theory of law,and points out the direction for the construction of Chinese government ruled by law.This article embarks from the practice of the rule of law government construction in China,combining closely with the current situation and the existing problems,aims at presenting a comprehensive study of the important connotation and the value of Xi Jinping ideology of the rule of law government construction,which is beneficial to the practice of the rule of law government construction in China.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part:Introduction.The background of the topic and the significance of the research will be interpreted in this part.Based on reviewing a large amount of relevant materials at home and abroad,this part summarizes the research situation at home and abroad,and proposes the ideas and methods of writing based on the experience and deficiency in the current research.The second part:combining history,comparing Chinese and Western,the formation background and ideological origins of the construction of the ruling government of Xi Jinping are analyzed.After defining the basic concept,analyzing the objective background of the construction of Xi Jinping’s ruling government,this part explores the historical origins of Marxist theory,Chinese traditional culture and Western rule of law ideology.The third part:Reading materials,combing the essentials,and making systematic induction of the main content of the thought of the construction of the ruling government.From the perspective of uniformity,law and practicality,in-depth interpretation of the Government of the rule of law is the essential requirement and important safeguard to persist and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction of the rule of law government should adhere to the party’s leadership as the premise,to perfect the law system of the Constitution as the Commander,adhere to the administration according to law as the core,and construct an important content of the administrative contingent of high quality and competence according to law.The fourth part:combining the reality,digging the value,mainly combining the actual situation of the current China,this part discusses the time value of the construction thought of Xi Jinping’s government of law.Xi Jinping’s idea of ruling by law is not only the development of Marxist rule of law theory in contemporary China,but also the abundant of the socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics,and it is a theoretical guide to realize the rule of law government of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
