Research On Xi Jinping's Thinking Of Rule Of Law

Xi Jinping's rule-of-law ideology is the latest achievement of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as the latest development of Marxist thought on rule of law in Contemporary China.Among them,Xi Jinping's cogitation on the rule-of-law,as an important part of his rule-of-law ideology,is the basic train of thought that should be followed in deepening the reform of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics in the New Era,which plays a guiding role in principle from the aspect of values and methodology.Although "rule-of-law cogitation " has been formally put forward and requested to implement,the study of the concept of its actual meaning and what kind of role it plays is still insufficient.This paper makes a systematic study of Xi Jinping's rule-of-law cogitation,with a view to promoting Xi's rule-of-law cogitation in theory and practice,which is helpful to the construction of rule of law in China.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,body and conclusion.The introduction part first introduces the theoretical significance and practical significance of the topic selection.Secondly,it analyzes the research status of Xi Jinping's rule-of-law cogitation in China.Thirdly,it summarizes the difficulties and research ideas and innovation points of this paper.The body part is divided into four chapters:The first chapter systematically summarizes the rule-of-law cogitation to distinguish and other concepts and determine the scope of research.Based on the existing research on the definition of rule of law thinking,the concept of rule of law thinking is drawn in this paper.Through the analysis of other close,similar and related concepts,the connotation of rule of law thinking is summarized.Subsequently,the author deconstructs the rule-of-law cogitation,discusses the composition of the rule-of-law cogitation,and highlights the characteristics of the inherent values.The second chapter discusses the staged development of the rule of law in China.This chapter discusses the different functions of the thinking of rule of law in the four stages of the establishment,reconstruction,perfection and maturity of the rule-of-law cogitation in China,in combination with the background of the times and the way of governing the country at that time It highlights the social historicity of Xi's rule-of-law cogitation.Chapter three summarizes the characteristics and innovations of Xi Jinping's rule-of-law cogitation.The rule-of-law cogitation in our country is a systematic whole.From an ideological perspective,Xi stresses that the basic thought of Marxism should serve as a permanent guide;from a core perspective,he stresses that ruling the country by law should adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China;and from a value extension perspective,it emphasizes the constitution-led the legal supremacy,the people-centered right-based thinking,and the power-limited thinking with the leading cadres as the main body.The Fourth Chapter explores the specific path of Xi Jinping's rule-of-law cogitation to guide the country's construction.The ultimate end-result of consciousness is always to return to society to guide practice,so is the rule-of-law cogitation.This article not only discusses the importance of Xi Jinping's rule-of-law cogitation in the rule-of-law system,but also combines it with practical development and Construction.It also plays an irreplaceable role in guiding the overall layout of the "five in one" in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
