With the continuous development of private education in China,the party construction of private colleges and universities has gradually become an important part of China's higher education.Pay attention to and strengthen the private college students party building work,is conducive to the cultivation of university student ideological education and talents,is conducive to the sustainable development of private universities,the private college students' Party construction and management innovation,has very important and far-reaching significance.However,the rapid rise of Internet social media applications,WeChat as China's users of the highest popularity of network social applications,has penetrated into the major campuses,students become a part of the study of life can not be separated.While affecting the students'study and life,WeChat has gradually taken the environment of the party building work of private colleges and universities into the Internet field.In the trend of social development,the use of WeChat to seize the students' Party construction network position,give full play to the function of education,strengthen ideological and political construction,improve the quality of students in private colleges and universities,has become an important work of College Students Party Construction work.This paper adopts the method of literature,as a starting point by the WeChat development questionnaire method,interview method and case study method,to understand the reasons for students to use WeChat,WeChat on the influence of college students,WeChat in the party construction of students to carry out the situation,the main problems of using private universities was studied,the analysis of influence factors,and puts forward the solution to the current problems,in order to improve private college students' Party construction team level,improve the management and operation of private colleges and universities use WeChat to carry out students' Party construction,to provide reference for the construction of scientific and reasonable student party construction work in WeChat system,promoting innovation and development work mode of students' Party Construction in private colleges.Through the investigation the author learned that the new development mode of student party construction work in private colleges and universities to use WeChat approved by most students.But students of private college party organization official WeChat's attention is not high,the operation of WeChat did not achieve the desired state of students,there are many problems in the process,mainly lack of attention in private universities,the publicity is not in place;WeChat boring content characteristics,single form of mutual interaction between teachers and students,teachers and students in private universities;media literacy is not high enough,the student information processing ability is weak,poor emergency response capacity;the lack of corresponding system operation in the management of WeChat,has not formed the system working mode.The main problems of students party building work by using WeChat private colleges,the author from the particularity of private colleges and universities of the three aspects of school characteristics,the private universities teachers and students were analyzed.As for the school,the profit of the private college is the aim,and the characteristics of running school deviate from the non-profit party building work of the students,and despise the function of the party construction and the educating of the students.The deviation of the work center affects the party building work of the students.The level of teachers,employment contract system,causing liquidity personnel teachers;teachers' age structure is irrational,resulting in the lack of compound talents,construction management work is not stable,restricts the development of WeChat innovation of the party construction of students.For students,the level of students is uneven,the psychological quality is weak and the ideas are changeable,which makes it more difficult for WeChat to carry out the party building work.In view of the current situation of students' Party building work carried out by WeChat and the reasons for its influence,the author suggests that private universities should effectively use WeChat to carry out party building work among students.First of all,the school attaches great importance to the firm level requirements,ideas,intensify propaganda work,to ensure the effective establishment of WeChat communication;secondly,the use of WeChat to carry out students' Party building work to improve the affinity of rich WeChat theme,maintain WeChat channel between teachers and students;thirdly,to improve the media literacy of teachers and students,strengthen the ability of information processing,boycott bad social public opinion,improve the ability of emergency treatment of network events;finally,to establish a scientific and applicable management system,construct the comprehensive ability of the management team,to build a comprehensive and perfect operation system.Through the above four aspects to improve the use of WeChat in the private party construction work of college students,enhance students' Party construction team work ability and quality management,promote the innovation and development of students' Party Construction in private colleges.
