Private College Students' Party Construction Problems And Countermeasures

Private college is the new development form of higher education under the condition of socialist market economy and emphasizing and strengthening the students' party construction of the private college is one important aspect of strengthening the Party construction in the new period. As the increasing number of the students in the private colleges every year and the strength of the students'party construction, we confronts more and more new problems and new situations in the students'party construction. To adapt to the requirements of the development of the situation and the requirements of the society for the talents and to solve the new problems and the new situations, exploring the new ideas of the students'party construction of the private colleges is one important issue of it.I study systematically the achievements of the students'party construction in the private colleges, the existing problems and their reasons and how to strengthen further the students'party construction of the private colleges on the basis of the general rules of the ordinary colleges and my own work experiences in the students'party construction in the last years. The article is divided into four parts. In part one, I analyze the new background of the students'party construction in the private colleges and expound the necessity and urgency of strengthening the students'party construction in the private colleges. In part two, I discuss the general situations of the students'party construction in the private colleges. I point out that although we get remarkable achievements in the students'party construction in the private colleges, at the same time, there are a lot of undeniable problems with the rapid development which bring an unprecedented impact and challenges to it. This paper analyze mainly some more prominent and general problems such as the motivation of joining in the Party among the students, how to absorb the students into the Party, how to educate the students who join in the Party and how to construct the students'party team, etc. In part three, I analyze and expound the reasons of the problems which exist in the students'party construction from four aspects such as the character of the private colleges, the character of the students in the private colleges, the influence of the counselors in the private colleges to the students'party construction and the current domestic and international environments. In part four, I put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the existing problems in the students'party construction in the private colleges. I put forward some concrete suggestions to strengthen and improve the students'party construction in the private colleges from three aspects such as how to strengthen the students'party branch construction and build the solid fighting forts, how to innovate and expand the students'party construction and how to train an instructor team adapting to the characteristics of the private colleges which can promote the healthy development of the students'party construction.
