| “Beautiful Village” haven been gained wildly concerning,Since it is proposed.The establishment of “Beautiful Village” released the trend of environmental deterioration in the country as an effective way,which was also a significant method to solve the issues of “agriculture”,the strong power to promote the the unity of city and countryside.Also,it had significant reality meaning to beauty China.In recent years,our country carried out activities to build a beautiful village and issued relevant laws and regulations.Each province also devoted themselves into the build and research of beautiful village activities.Hubei province was as the demonstration province in building the beautiful village.Till November in 2016,Hubei has built 200 pilot villages in the build of beautiful village activities,in which Huanggang District had the most villages with the number of 29.Xiaogan District ranked the second position,which had 21,and Jingzhou District had 18.Although Jingzhou District got a good grade in the activities of building beautiful villages,it also faced some problems,such as the lag of theoretical research,the destroying of the ecological environment and the lack of landscape heterogeneity,etc.The task to build the city beautiful was till heavy.(1)This research will summarize the general experience in building beautiful village after the collation of a large number of literatures and study the similarities and differences in the guiding of ten modes building beautiful village by comparing.Then,this thesis will summarize the points and methods of different types of the build of beautiful village.Finally,it will provide theoretical and experiential guidance in the practice of building beautiful village.(2)Based on the principle of typical random sampling,10 villages in Jingzhou District were selected as the samples to be researched which have been built with obvious advantages.It found that the village developing type of Jingzhou was mainly eco-tourism,cultural construction,industrial innovation,environment renovation and immigrant.Based on the insufficient of the ten modes to build beautiful village in guiding different types of villages,we confirmed five aspects of construction that were living,society,industries,environment and culture by the questionnaire survey and the consultant from specialists.It set up 16 important evaluation indexes,which moved forward to build evaluation system of building beautiful village in Jingzhou.(3)The 10 samples were surveyed by field investigation in the aspects of residential architecture,industrial economy,infrastructure,ecological environment and cultural history.After collecting and analyzing the photos and data of the ten sample villages,the construction actualities were mainly evaluated in five aspects that were residential architecture,industrial economy,infrastructure,ecological environment and cultural history.Use the method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to compare the similarities and differences among samples.And evaluate the survey data toward the evaluation model to collect and rank the results of assessment.(4)According to the analyzed results,Quchi River,Huanglinqiao Village,Shuangma Village and Xiejiaping Village were awarded the first prize;Tiaohua Village and Lipu Village were the second;Meihuai Village,Tiane Village,Liujiachang Village and Huazhang Village were the third.From the standard of evaluation of the ten sample villages and the grades,we found that the number of beautiful village in different level was: four first grade villages,two second grade villages and four third grade villages.The beautiful villages with unqualified grades made up 40% of the samples.Therefore,we summarized that the build of beautiful villages in Jingzhou was unbalanced overall.(5)Based on the evaluation and analysis of the status quo of beautiful village construction in Jingzhou District,4 suggestions were put forward toward the construction of beautiful village in Jingzhou in the aspects of society,industry,environment and culture,which were finding out the special culture of countryside,to escape from homogenization of rural landscape,strengthening the construction of infrastructure construction to improve the rural living environment,building rural vegetation system to form stable ecological structure,and establishing rural distinctive culture to improve the consciousness of rural cultural protection.According to the relevant news and policies of our country in the background of building beautiful villages,the innovation of this research mainly focused on and analysis of 10 modes beautiful rural construction which provided theoretical guidance in the construction of beautiful villages in Jingzhou.The innovation was also showed in establishing evaluation system of the construction of beautiful villages in Jingzhou and making up the blank in classification and guidance on different types of villages in Jingzhou. |
