Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Beautiful Villages By The Township Governments Of Huludao City

In the rapid advancement of new urbanization,the promotion of urban and rural economic and social development,and the realization of the new socialist countryside and sustainable urban development,the 2013 No.1 Document of the Central Government has opened up the construction of a comprehensive operation of “beautiful villages”.Huludao City closely follows the pace of national development and actively explores practical and feasible new ways of rural development.This paper studies the behavior of grassroots government in the construction of beautiful villages in Huludao City,drawing on domestic and local beauty.The experience of rural construction in the country analyzes the behavior of grassroots government in the construction of beautiful villages in the region,and based on this,proposes solutions for the construction of beautiful villages.The grassroots government of Huludao City created pilot projects to strengthen organizational leadership during the construction of “beautiful villages”;improved institutional policies,improved land and financial policies;provided special funds to create star-rated villages;rectified rural environment and created livable villages.In view of the irrational construction planning,the lack of funds,the imperfect system,the inconspicuous government orientation and the insufficient attention paid to local cultural construction.By drawing on the beautiful rural construction of “Zhejiang Anji”,“Jiangxi Wuyuan” and “Taiwan”,we will develop characteristic villages from long-term planning,increase financial and multi-channel financial support,improve the accuracy of government orientation,consolidate construction results,and enrich rural areas.Suggestions and measures for cultural construction life.
