There are thousands of coastal residents living for fishing all over the world.The development of fishery has made great contribution to human life.It not only provides employment,promotes trade development,but also ensures food safety.It' s an important part of the national economy.With the technical advance,the ability and willingness of people to obtain fishery resources are increasing,the development of marine fishery resources is being paid more and more attention by countries.Defending marine interests has become the focus of national development.In particular,after the promulgation of United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea and a series of international fisheries legal documents,states have made their own claims under the framework of the Convention in accordance with their own interests.In the waters of long-standing maritime delimitation disputes,interested parties raise the intensity of fishing gradually.More and more fish stocks are on the verge of extinction,and the situation of fishery resources is not optimistic.This paper compares the current management system of the regional fishery in the East China Sea and Yellow Sea with the management mode of WCPFC,analyzes the background,organizational structure and conservation mechanism of the different management systems.On the basis of useful experiences,putting forward a new scheme of regional fishery management organization in the East China Sea and Yellow Sea.Trying to improve the current situation of fisheries management.
