Research On The Social Support Network Of The Xinjiang Urban Minority Floating Women

With the speeding up of urbanization in our country,more and more rural labor force move to the cities to join in the modernization construction of city.But with the accelerated process of urbanization in China,more and more rural labor force to the city,to join the city's modernization.In Xinjiang region,the floating population of ethnic minorities is growing with the development of economy.Among the floating population in Xinjiang,there is a number of special groups,they are the urban minority floating women.As a special group of women,the urban minority floating women is increasingly concerned by the society.In the city,the minority women is in a low position,their own demands are not met,and also suffered the dual pressures of the economy and life,their social support network there are obvious deficiencies.Therefore,it is necessary to study and explore the urban minority floating women.Based on the professional perspective of social work,this paper takes the X community as an example to discuss the current situation and demand of social support network of the urban minority floating women.On the basis of reading a large number of literatures,this paper has used a questionnaire of other scholars to conduct a questionnaire survey of more than one month in the X community,and collected a lot of information about the research object.This paper focuses on the status quo of the social support network of ethnic minority migrant women in X community,and then describes the shortcomings of the social support network of ethnic minority women in X community.In the course of operation,according to the social support network theory,social support is divided into government support,community support,professional technical support and personal support according to the main body.On the basis of the social survey,the present situation of each dimension is analyzed and analyzed,and the problems of each subject support are analyzed.To find out the reasons for the existence of the study object,and corresponding to the relevant recommendations.There are many reasons for the lack of social support network for women inminority communities.Many of these problems have a long history.To solve these problems,we need the overall situation of government co-ordination,the need to use the power of the community,and the need to study their own efforts.The solution to these problems can not be done overnight.
