Security Community Construction Countermeasures Of GL

Safety community construction reflects the concept of people-oriented, integrated all walks of life, involving all types of people's security systems engineering, is to promote social and economic development of the effective carrier. With the development of community construction, the government has paid more and more attention to safety, the demand for safety and health has been greatly improved, the security environment has been changed, and the construction of safe community has gradually developed. However, from the current situation, community health and safety awareness and behavior of the lack of proper guidance and education, community discordant factors still exist, such as the increase in petition cases,campus injury accidents occur frequently. These problems are not resolved, it will seriously affect the harmonious development of the community. Community is the cell of social organization, the basic unit of safety production, the main place of residents' life and activity.How to build safe community with Chinese characteristics has become a new topic and challenge in today's society.This paper first introduces the concept of safe community and the study of security community at home and abroad, summarizes the development process of safe communities at home and abroad, and understands the new ideas of creating safe communities in the new situation. This paper focuses on the analysis of the status quo of the safety community in Dalian, and makes a systematic research on the construction of the safe community by using empirical research, literature research, data analysis, survey statistics, theoretical analysis and empirical analysis. The main problems in the process of GL safety community are: the foundation of community self-construction is weak, the management system is imperfect; the construction of government security community is backward; the circumstance of security risks of community surrounding enterprises is numerous, and the concrete solutions are put forward. We will improve the management system of the community's own safety, update the concept of the construction of the government's safe community, strengthen the safety management of the surrounding enterprises and improve the level of the establishment of the GL safe community, and further analyze the expected effect of implementing the improvement proposal. It is hoped that the research on Dalian GL safety community can provide some reference for the safe community work in other coastal cities. The construction of safe community is more flexible and changeable in specific ways.
