A Study On The Safe Community Of Yuexiu District In Guangzhou

In China, safe community made great contributions to the safe service and it has becomean important component for community management and security service. More and morecommunities are aware of their own development conditions and safe needs, so as to find agood point between their own advantages and safe demand, and they have aimed the workgoals at maintaining the community safety and harmonious development, forming aunique construction model. In order to seek more space for its survival and development,firstly, we find the existing literature about the construction of community safety, and then weanalyze the problems existing in the community, and then analyze the causes of the problems.Lastly, we put forward relevant countermeasures.In the case study part of the paper, the writer finds out primary safe problems by doingfieldwork in Baiyun Community and analyzing data which is picked-up through basicinvestigations. Then the writer applies the opinions and methodologies of publicadministration to research the topic and come up with the final conclusion.According to the conclusion, in order to realize the safe community construction, thelocal government should combine each situation. In the safe construction process, on onehand the scientific method and principle should be energetically applied and extended; on theother hand, the government should research the development and the practical constructionalmeans in order to ameliorate construction work and foster the core competition.
