This thesis mainly in D city in Liaoning province from 2010 to 2014 using cadres position to state-owned enterprises in cases of embezzlement and bribery crime as sample, explore the deep reasons of the state cadre corruption and bribery crime, prevention countermeasures are put forward.In this paper, the state cadre corruption and bribery crime has carried on the basic definition, and the state cadre corruption and bribery crime are analyzed in theory.
