Research On The Construction Of County Government Portal Website In Southern Xinjiang

At present,the era of information development is more and more rapid,the government to promote the work,but also gradually implement the strategy of information technology,in order to achieve the national economy and related development expectations,government information greatly promoted the efficiency of the government.The popularity of the Internet has entered the era of rapid development of the Internet,the Internet has penetrated into the bitterness of people's lives and played an important role in the reconstruction of the national administrative organization and economic,social and cultural forms,the state's political system,Economic system and the political life of citizens,economic life had a profound impact.In such a social situation,in order to better public information for the public,to provide the public with timely and better service,governments at all levels have also established their own specialized portals,In order to satisfy the public's right to know.In this paper,the county government of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the four counties of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the Akesu Region,the Kashi Region,the Hetian Region and the Kizilsu Keerkezi Autonomous Prefecture are studied as the research objects.To find out the problems in the construction of the government portal and find out the reasons.On the basis of the existing problems and the reasons,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help the economic and social development of Xinjiang,change the government function,protect the citizens' right to know and to meet the public's right to know.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the preamble.Mainly on the purpose and significance of the topic,the status quo at the own country and abroad,the research methods of the paper as well as difficult and innovative points to elaborate.The second part is mainly about the concept of local government portal,the theoretical basis of government portal construction,and the development process oflocal government portal.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of county government portal in southern Xinjiang.Mainly on the basic situation of the county government portal in southern Xinjiang,the status of the site construction and website construction achievements and set the characteristics of the description of the southern part of the county government portal site checks and analysis to find out the problems of the portal.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems in the construction of the government portal in the Southern Xinjiang and the reasons for the existence of these problems.In the fifth part,on the basis of the existing problems and the reasons,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the construction of county government portal in Southern Xinjiang.
