Research On Problems Of Safe Production Management For The Government In Lijin County,Shandong Province

The development of reform and opening up today for nearly forty years,the decades of China's economic and social development achievements,social production level and production capacity continues to increase,the rapid accumulation of social wealth,social public life level has been significantly improved.But at the same time,production safety accident broke out,in the increasing development of science and technology level,production safety accidents is a particularly destructive major production safety accidents are also increasing,has brought immeasurable loss to the public safety of life and property,but also to the government social management has brought many problems and hidden dangers.Economic development can not be built on the basis of human life.How to implement the "safe production" relationship with China's current social situation of reform,development and stability of the work of production safety has become the central and local governments at all levels must pay attention to the exercise of social functions of management work.This paper focuses on the main line of Shandong province Lijin county government safety management problems,combined with the County chemical plant explosion accident occurred in August 31,2015 after the rectification of the disposal of the case,from the production safety related theory to the reality of Lijin County Safety Production Management and problems are discussed;two levels of production at the same time everyday from the safety management and emergency management of production safety management summarized the overseas advanced experience,to enhance the independence and effectiveness of government safety management,so as to enhance the enterprise safety production management level and improve the social environment construction safety production and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of safe production management of Lijin County Government as the focus,in order to provide some reference at the present stage to enhance the safety management level in Lijin County government.
